Have freepay been hacked into?

I sent an email to freepay through their support and got this reply...

Thank you for contacting us,

We have reviewed your account and have reapproved it. At the moment we are having problems with amazon not being able to use our information unless we have vouchers in the first place, we are asking our members to send the same amount worth the voucher to this email address so that we may buy back another voucher, which we will send both back to you. We understand the safety conditions within this procedure and that some may feel hesitant to comply, you are not forced to comply but you will not receive your gift if you do not. To help assure that we are FreePay, we will attatch your support ticket at the bottom, if it is not there, do not reply, if it does not have letters after the numbers, do not reply.

They want ME to send them money!
On another account they said my email wasnt working, and im 2000000% convinced it is legit!
I thought they had sorted my accout out for £700, but surely this is a scam right??
This was posted on their proper support.
I didnt get a reply from freepay on that, but in my email i got one from

Freepay@yahoo.com - saying the above.
What do you guys rekon?
Im really annoyed now!

Thing is if you can log into freepay you can see everyones support tickets! Bit silly really. So I assume someone had a scroll through and emailed everyone on it!

We should sue as they are giving away our confidential stuff!

Seriously though, if people put their passwords on their requests everyone! can see them! If and when freepay go back live peoples accounts are going to hacked into also!
Probably the end for the freepay!
