Account extending?


Hey everyone,
Just a few quick questions!

I had a flatscreens.freepay account a couple of months ago and managed to get 8 out of the 12 greens I needed for my TV.
Now I know some people on this forum have had accounts extended in the past and I believe freepay are quite happy to do this but I was wondering;

1. How can I get my account re-opened, I've submitted support tickets but haven't had a reply for a month or so...

2. Is it worth getting it re-opened - I know there's been some debate about what is actually going on with freepay at the moment so do you think I'd ever get my gift?

Well i have 7 sites that are on hold and need to get in touch with them to explain.
basically i send an email every day to
orders@gratisinternet.com
and a support ticket to try and get intouch.

From what i have noticed is they become active for one or two days every month, so just keep doing it until you get a response.

So you send them an e-mail everyday? Man, they must get annoyed with you!
Are you saying they only reply if you send them a ticket on the day that they are active?

Basically they only reply if you have sent a ticket when they are active. They ignore all the others not around this day. So the way i see it is they will only see them when they are active, so i dont see them not liking me.
Ive tried ringing them but its engaged. Maybe try BBB il give it a shot but still doubtful.

Ah got it! Maybe I'll give that a try then... Yeah, not sure BBB is the right way for me to go about it, they haven't done anything wrong I'm just asking a favour!
