Omgoodness i actually got the ipod touch today...i cant believe my eyes...this stuff was soo stressful and doubtful but everything paid off finally! Im so glad...thanks for all ur help and tips. Really appreciate it again!!! So the freepay is closing down for real? and cant do more of this anymore?

Just keep sending in support tickets saying you would rather Amazon Vouchers as they are easier. You'll get them eventually!

A friend who I help out received vouchers this morning too, £350 for a 10 ref iPhone

He's had to be patient though, he put in for verification on 5th January!

yeh i did this on btoh my orders. i knew was a nightmare going through freepay. so i went direct to their head office. ie the email provided by the op is the same too. there is about 3 of them emails you can send to. and again i got my vouchers instantly after emailing them.

it seems like freepay has been hacked or something because all past support tickets are visible up to like 2 years ago, so do not open any more tickets, i am going to delete my previous post just a a precaution in case someone doesnt scroll all the way down.
