Freepay Help

Hiya

My boyfriend wanted to sign up to ipods.freepay so I gave him my ref link but he did something wrong and signed up a new account from scratch and didn't use a referral. If I contact freepay, will they be able to sort it out or should I give up and try to get my last green another way?

Re: Freepay Help

Hmmmm, not sure. He may be able to contact freepay himself and see if he can have his account removed altogether. I have heard of others doing this, so long as they haven't gained any refs or done an offer on their account. My advice is go ahead and ask, but don't get him to sign up until you've got their written permission - you don't want to end up on hold!

yeh.

freepay are a big business and like to do everything by the book.

you dont sign up under someone. you dont sign up under them but with sites such as FreeFootyGear we have seen. If this mistake has been made, they are very good and will set it as one of your referrals

Re: Freepay Help

Thanks for the advice, I tried emailing freepay and just got a nice impersonal response which didn't really answer the question. Guess i'll have to try and get the green elsewhere. Its annoying tho as the ipod is for my bf and it was the last ref!
