Right, i'm getting sick of Freepay now. They still haven't replied to any of my tickets and it still looks like they will be closing down, thats an iPod touch down the drain for me! Is there any other way of contacting them, like a phone number or something. Really want my iPod

I think this has been mentioned before but I can't find it to credit the poster. Go to the Gratis Internet home page and send them a message from their contact page: Gratis Internet

I can't remember what I wrote or to which dept. but I remember mentioning "your company freeipods.com" and also include your referral number

I had sent like a million tickets in vain to their usual ticket system so I tried this and it worked!

I sent an email on a Saturday and received a reply first thing Monday (asking if they were closing) to: domains (at) gratisinternet (dot) com
They will probably reply saying 'For future blah blah, contact help.freepay blah blah' but they might do something about it as well.

Already got a response from the gratis contact thing, heres my email:

"Hi, i have been informed that you are the owners of freepay.com, can you please give me a time extension on my account a gifts.freepay? My user id is 40309595"

and this is what they wrote back:

"Thank you for reaching out to Gratis Internet. Unfortunately, we are no longer buying media for Freepay.com. If you are interested in promoting international offers on your traffic, we have an affiliate network called Gratis Network with over 200 offers in 20+ countries.

Looks like an auto response where they think you are a company wanting to be advertised with them.

Use the email I posted above with a vague Subject (something they will definitely open) and then hit them hard with your question. You could always try sucking up too, might make the difference between getting a real reply

I wonder what the hell the Freepay guys are doing though...(I read that there are actually only 18 people that work at Gratis Internet!)
