There has been alot of speculation about freepay offers, and I've just seen this on the freepay "help" (if you could call it that) section:

Not all offers will show up for everyone. We hide certain offers at certain times for a variety of reasons. Your referrals can simply try another offer.

If only we knew what these "reasons" were
