Getting in contact with freepay

ok so i've sent in tickets for the past 3 months for them to extend my time limit, i usually send one in weekly in the hope that one might get answered but none of them do! Are there any other ways to get in contact with freepay? Really need an extension as i have a iPod Touch on the line!

Thanks,

Diesel.

I sent in loads of tickets, and still am, hoping for an extension... I never got it, nor did ANY of my tickets get answered. I have 21signed up, 3greens and only needed 2 more greens (and some apparently were pending!) So I would have got it... which is why i think they haven't givin me the extension. Although McGrou got one and got his ipod, so maybe they just hate me!

Good luck though... i'm still trying!

What do people write in their tickets for an extension?

I did the same for about 2-3 months and they eventually came through and extended my account. I then completed within a week and am still waiting for verification after a further 2 months so I think they are just on a go slow again.

Sibbo has a spectacular aura about
I was given a different email address by someone months ago, don't know if I still have it or not though. He received an e-mail from Freepay in reply to a question of his, and because it had been sent internally between two different departments within Freepay, it had a different email addy on it. He used it and got a reply straight away. When I used it, the same happened.

Would be great if you could get your hands on the email for me mate, if it's no trouble?

Trying to get an answer out of Freepay is like trying to have a political debate with a 2 year old.

Don't expect much...

The email I used to query all my orders and which seemed to get a reply was orders@gratisinternet.com

I dont know if freepains policy has changed recently as I havent done one of their sites for ages but I never used to have any problem getting an extension and never did any fancy emails etx.

I just basically asked if I could have an extension to try and get more referrals and they did so, usually within a week.

I never had to go into detail like that mate. I just asked for an extension with a "please" put on the end of the sentence.
