I hate Freepay

I know an extension is not something to expect... but I had sent in 4 tickets saying how it was my 1st site, my 1st freebie, I had 3/5 greens and 2 or 3 should be coming soon etc etc and today I see this on my site...

I had that on my account for 2 months before they granted my extension. Simply keep sending in regular tickets about 1 a week and they will eventually grant the extension the next time they are dealing with support tickets
