S L O W shipping on Wii and Wii Fit?

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem. I've ordered a Wii and Wii Fit in November(ESD Dec. 24/08) Still have not received it. I did actually receive a reply to one of my requests, saying that they would give me Bestbuy giftcards instead, that was way back in February...haven't heard anything since.
Does anyone have any info, or any way of finding out when this could possibly be shipped? It's almost been 5 months!!

Thanks, I'm just getting overly anxious...ended up buying my kids a Wii for Christmas. Looking forward to getting the fit board tho.
Should have gotten the 360 instead!

Worse case scenario... ask for a bank transfer (if you're happy giving up the gift)

Someone said they did this recently and received the money within 24hours!!

(I haven't had a single reply to any of my tickets so I can't comment!)
