I've received another answer from Freepay to one of my questions. This comes hot on the heels of them changing my order to vouchers when asked the other week (and paying me within the hour). This time I asked if they could delete or extend one of my accounts that had expired months and months ago. To my surprise they said yes, and I now have until the end of June to finish it now. I know that they do extend accounts, but this long after expiration.............

Good to see that Freepay are finally following some rules of ethics. Ie. To not ignore someone.

Would any of you be kind enough to raise a support ticket on Freepay for me? Here's my problem... http://www.exceem.co.uk/forums/loung...s-freepay.html

I have sent 10 tickets from the support pages over the last 3 months and when I sent the last one earlier this week they responded within an hour and sorted out my issue.

Seems like they may be getting their act together again. Nothing for 3 months then a reply within 1 hour and an extension of 5 months to complete my account.

Can't complain too much
