Will1692 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
from my experience they are currently "active" as a network at present. (last week anyway). So by sending a ticket you have a chance of reply tommorow evening. Or they may have gone dorment yet again. Personally i would send one tomorrow at 2pm uk time and again around 8 and continue every week day until they reply. It is incredibly unlikely they will reply on weekends.
Hope this helps
