| I wouldn't say im much help for the whole referral business but I must say Freepay is one of my strengths. Some of you may remember (but probably not) that I took a different type of action to get my vouchers from freepay. I had been waiting for over 13 months for a item from their gift card site and it was getting near to 3 months on gifts and flatscreens sites. I decided enough was enough and decided to find their telephone number and give them a call. I couldn't find a direct number for Freepay but managed to for Gratis Network. This wasnt to hard to find as it displays loads of them on there site :P I phoned must of the numbers not getting any response but after about the 7th try, one of them picked up. He said that he would pass on my message which I was a bit skeptical about. Nothing happened for 4 days after that so I decided to ring back. After that phone call I got all 3 of my vouchers within the hour. I also got a email which made me laugh. Haven't got it saved but it went along these lines. "Your gifts have been sent, but please refrain from phoning us in the future as we dont offer this support" Anyway, Thought I would share this as there is ways to get Freepay to pay up. Not sure if Legal action will work but you'll never know. Cheers, Adam |
