| i wouldnt bother. ive sent in numerous requests and not one reply lol. im trying to ask for some amazon vouchers instead. but cant even get a reply out of any of them. dont know any emails of theirs to send to either. i have my order done and says est shipping date 15th of jan09.. |

| are u sure your doing it right? click any topic/question then choose submit request.. i had to do it myself and found it easy enough. worked fine. but im not getting any replies lol heres what i did log in to your account click help at the top click the first question then look for "If you still need help please Submit a Request " press this and submit |
