![]() | Need help with support ticket.Well I have heard that if you give strongly worded support tickets, they will approve your account. Now i'm rubbish at this so can anyone do this for me. I have been on approval for 4 months. If you could do this, i would be really grateful. For people who have already done this, could you tell me what you wrote. You can PM me if you want. Thanks |

![]() | To be honest thats complete rubbish, they seem to never answer tickets for anyone then they have a purple patch like once every 2 months. At this time they answer everything, regardless. Just remember freepay are run by only 7 people, so you can understand why they are shocking at customer service. My advise for you is as they are starting to ship orders, every night send a couple of support tickets, say lunch time and late afternoon washington time, and you may get an answer this next week, but when noone else is getting a response, there is a very very very small chance you will, hope this helps mate, i have had loads of problems with freepay but it will get resolved eventually. |
