All of the above will cost you around a tenner and you'll not get your money until the buyer leaves you positive feedback!

It's well worth a try, else the page/option to send a gift back wouldn't be there!

![]() | hey i finished my account and sent it in for approval about 2 weeks ago.since i am in canada when i request for vouchers will they give me vouchers for amazon.co.uk or amazon.com, and will they be able to tell i am in canada or do i have to tell them that i want vouchers for amazon.com and if they give my vouchers to amazon.co.uk does amazon.co.uk ship to canada. Thanks |

| Mr Baldy Chicken | they should be able to tell you are in canada from the address you signed up with and I imagine .com would be more likely. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Not sure if they will be able to help with this but maybe you could contact amazon to see if they can chase it up? If they can, it'd get sorted alot faster than if would by contacting freepay. Just a thought.

If you email amazon asking for the status of the gift certificate for your freepay email address there is a very small chance they can help. It was just a thought, but being me it's probably quite a silly thought

But at: Amazon.co.uk - Returns Support Centre If you select "I received the item as a gift." and click continue and put in Amazon order number which is on the package you can return the item. The form asks for your email address and name so they know who to email the gift voucher too. But like I said, if it's come from a company that is not "Amazon" then that might be the reason why. | |
