PS - as a said with my PS3 actual product being sent. I received today through amazon and interestingly they sent 80gb not 40gb. Suppose thats good but then i realised amazon dont sell 40gb anymore lol. mine was shipped on the 19th after requesting vouchers (they got that wrong!) but my status said it late on the 20th. So maybe you guys have real product and has already been shipped but account hasnt changed.

Or maybe they've made a mistake somewhere and they've sent you the the ps3 and your amazon vouchers are still being processed it wouldn't be the first time they've sent out two gifts in error!

Would love that, shame my account says shipped. Il ask them if i can change for vouchers, as i cannot send it back to amazon i might as well try to confuse them. Might work???

When you asked for vouchers did they respond saying your request was being past on to the person/pc next to them?

I got told it was passed on to fulfilment but i dowt they actually do anything with that as freepay only has 7 employees! Its also a little annoying as i just bought a ps3 80gb like 3 weeks ago thinking the vouchers from this could buy me some decent games

My god! how havent you received your product yet. Thats terrible. I can only think it is because it is on a less popular site in jerseys, but still. Your chance is in the next few days. send a couple of support tickets like 4pm english time and again at about 8pm as they should be in the office currently. They are based in washington so its 5-6hr time difference i think

Bit of a silly question and is quite an obvious thing to do but did you check your junk folders etc? If there is absolutely no sign of it send them a support ticket (not that it'll get you anywhere lol) and hope for the best!

It might just be a case of amazon not having sent it just yet so it could turn up at any time.

Normally amazon vouchers turn up a few hours after they put that status on, I'd check spam folder and also check the email address assigned to the account.

What I mean by the later is that are you still using the address on the account?

I might send a few more support tickets today, gotta love Freepay!
