They did change my order status to (Amazon vouchers) on another freepay site when I last used them.

You will have to send them the item back first, you will get back what ever the cost of the product is.

So if it's £260 on Amazon then you will get £260 Voucher, I sent in for a MacBook, ain't checked price but will probably get around £500 or so not sure.

It may be worth checking the price mate. I've bookmarked a few electronics ready for when i get my vouchers and looking back at them today some of the prices have gone up by atleast £20 on some of them. They've all gone up a few quid!

I just hope my vouchers will still cover it!

This is weird because I have sent them a ticket in the past to send Amazon vouchers and they have responded saying that they have passed the order onto their fulfillment team?

I really hope i get vouchers

EDIT: Forgot to mention, theres no indication of vouchers being sent in the order status page

They are really generous with vouchers, laptops always get £700 as they dont have the item in stock, but due to freepays shocking service the price of products constantly goes down. Luckily on laptops all the laptops available on there site arnt made anymore.

Yeah just checked, they are £749.95 for the same spec, pretty good if the item is sent, least I know I will get around £700 voucher.

ugh mine is 509216 and it still says processing the only thing that makes me mad (not the peoples fault freepay's fault and sorry if i offend anyone in any way) some people can have order numbers before others and the others status will be changed first or even the chance that the others gift will be shipped first

Was you account near to expiring? A few of my accounts took over two months to verify and when they finally responded to my ticket it turned out to be because my accounts had expired half way through the first month of waiting.

It was all sorted after that ticket, my account was extended and verified and i submitted all of my orders.

No I don't think so. It might be because I verified once before (took 4 weeks) and had a ref put on hold. I got another green straight away and have been verifying ever since

I think they must've extended my deadline as it expires on 30/12/08

Sibbo has a spectacular aura about
I'm only waiting for a football top from Jersy Freepay. The status has been "STV" for a number of weeks, and it should have been despatched on the 7th of this month. I'm not expecting a "Freepay Shift" anytime soon.

usually during these periods freepay answer support tickets really quickly, like once i had a mini conversation with them as i got replies within 5 mins. awesome. They either havent got to this stage yet or the mini revival has ended. I would expect you guys to expect something in the next few days. I am also waiting with order number 509228 on laptops. I try to not get concerned as it will come its just a matter of time.
PS - as a said with my PS3 actual product being sent. I received today through amazon and interestingly they sent 80gb not 40gb. Suppose thats good but then i realised amazon dont sell 40gb anymore lol. mine was shipped on the 19th after requesting vouchers (they got that wrong!) but my status said it late on the 20th. So maybe you guys have real product and has already been shipped but account hasnt changed.
Hope this helps
