Weird going ons with Referrals

Alright guys, very strange. I have various methods of gaining referrals which usually provides about 1-2 yellows on each of my sites a day on freepay. Over the last couple of weeks or so i have had absolutely nothing in greens or yellows, as if my link wasnt working. As i do 4 sites, i thought surely this cant just be a "bad week".
Whats weird was on my 360 account i had 26 yellows with 3 greens when i checked at 8am this morning UK time. 2 hours later i had a look and i had 39 yellows and 3 greens. very confused as all of a sudden 13 yellows in 2 hours is very weird. Similar proceeding occured on the sites.
Freepay must have done something however none have turned green, which is also concerning, as i usually get 2-3 a week across all sites. Im assuming the offers are crediting ok. Has anyone had this or any suggestions to what is going on, help appreciated

There's these surveys when your referrals sign up that stop them from signing up under you. Happened to me and that's why I didn't get my ps3
