  | This sometimes happens with Freepay, try logging out, clearing your cache and log back in again. |

| i have and its not working still waitin on my first free gift £150 for about 4months now sent in support after 2months going send it again but i emailed them no reply |

 | if you go to the offers page and the offers are really different to what you are used to then most probably its freepay's fault and you are logged into the account. Once it happened to me and i had 11 mobile offers! Thought awesome then realised no referrals. Another indication is when you log in go to status page in the blue sort of margin if it doesnt have your email or name then you are in someone elses account, sometimes it will say nothing if you are in the wrong account. | its alll sorted my the date i was meant get was 5/03/2008 over 8months now |
