 | Another quick questionOk its now been 11 days over my ESD on my istuff account, should I be worried? should I bombard them with support tickets? What should I do? Please help abd how long did it take you to go into 'STV'? |

 | im also now 12 days over my ESD - this is just freepay for you you will get your vouchers - they will usually have a purple patch where they give gifts out im just hoping its in time for me to get my christmas presents with - otherwise im screwed |

| If you're going for an actual ipod you may be in for a longer wait. If you send a support ticket in asking for amazon vouchers instead (not that they'll read it!) of the item you'll get vouchers of the value of the ipod touch and you can then buy the ipod touch yourself and get it quicker. My vouchers for istuff and laptops are 7 & 13 days overdue!
