does anyone know if Im on my network at work, and someone on my network is wanting to be one of my referrals, will it void the ToS(terms of Service) or is it ok for them to be a referral?

Multiple IP addresses will be against Freepay's T&C. Using the same network at work will usually produce the same IP address but you can check on a website like whatismyipaddress.com.
