Freepay give contact email

I clicked on the lovefilm offer on my istuff account, and it had an email address saying any problems contact them on the description of what you need to do to gain credit. However i tried to contact them through that email and got a reply back saying it could not be delivered. So i came to 2 solutions.
1. When you send a support ticket, if it gets sent to the same place as this email, Freepay dont even look at it so its pointless sending one.
2. If this email has just appeared on the offer description, then there may be some activity soon, e.g. sending out gifts. I know i said that they sometimes send on the first day of the month, but with it being a saturday maybe we will get them on saturday. If they have given an email they want you to contact them, so maybe in a few days it will be active.

Has anyone done that offer recently?, has that email been there long?

The tickets can be accessed from their support system, so the system doesn't rely on the receipt of emails when a ticket is submitted.

its just strange why they would give an email to contact them that doesnt work- and when you send a ticket you barely ever get an answer.
