Getting Verified?!?!?!

Has anyone had any trouble getting their verification email sent to them from freepay?

ive tried getting it sent to my email like 100000000000 times, but it never comes through. Ive added info@teamgratis.com to my safe sender list but still nothing.

ive sent several support tickets...and nothing....

any ideas?

change your email address to a yahoo or gmail email and try again, that should do the trick. if it doesn't then send them a support ticket and keep an eye out in your account it should be verified sometime after you send in a support ticket

thanks for your inputs!!! but alas..neither 10minutemail or bugmenot got the email either. any other ideas, or do i just spam them with support tickets?

Have you tried G-Mail... Its worth getting an account for spares any way!

lol ive sent them im guessing about 10 tickets so far...i even emailed the head guy of the gratis internet company.(the parent company of freepay)

ive tried the same steps bot in IE7 and Firefox3

still nothing.

maybe my support tickets will prove useful

Unfortunatley freepay havent done anything in ages, they give away gifts in large chunks for like a 2 day period, They last gave out 1st of October, so im hoping for something tommorow. That is also the only period they seem to answer support tickets as well. During that time they replied within 2 mins! Lets hope for some action tomorrow, and send more support tickets as you may get an answer tommorow if your lucky

maybe they just work one week a month or something to keep costs down. If so they need to post that on their site

Heres hoping but they are very unrealiable. Currently i am awaiting 2 sets of vouchers £290 and £700, all you guys in the same boat you will receive your gifts it just takes along time. Regarding support tickets just say send 3-4 a day at different times until they read one, and if you have received a gift, contact them instantly as when they ask amazon for the vouchers, they send them straight away so you know someone is in their office. They are also located in Washington so i think they are about 5-6 hours behind us. Take that into account when sending them. Hope this helps
