Freepay help

On the laptops account i have got all the referrals, i did the offer last week and then the time limit finished.
So i have all the referrals but no offer is completed as i didnt receive credit.
I spoke to freepay (hopeless as usual) with no reply after sending many support tickets asking for an extention. Do you guys have any ideas what i should do. By the way the account deadline is today
Thanks guys

yeah thanks, i have just noticed that. That really annoys me they are probably doing some maintenance but they will not answer a support ticket!! Really annoyed, at least there is a chance they may extend it. If not ive lost £700!

I've had this error for months on gifts and istuff! the only way i can get into my accounts for these two sites is to go through the log in on the main freepay site.
