Finally approved! On 3 accounts! (well nearly)

After almost 3 months of waiting, my flatscreens and ipod nanos accounts have been verified (my laptops account should be too according to the ticket response i got but hey i'm happy!)

I sent endless support tickets and finally got 3 replies tonight! All apologisingfor the delay, and that the delay was due to the accounts expiring half way through verification (? lol). They've now extended all accounts and approved them (bar the laptops one - yet another support ticket!).

I've placed my orders and the ESD's are the 7th nov, along with my istuff account which was approved last week with the ESD of the 1st nov..

If i can get them before xmas it's free pressies all round!!

I am so chuffed i can't beleive they've finally done something!

That has to be a record!! I've had yet another response! My laptops account is now approved, i've submitted the order and requested vouchers, and have had another response letting me know my request has been sent to the fulfillment team!

I must be dreaming!

I'm not a hypocrite, yes i sent endless support tickets, but not all in one go like you did.

The support ticket was similar to what you put there, but include 'the account id is *******, and my be a thank you too??.

If you click on account next to the help button, under your info you will see your account id.

Spamming Freepay is NOT the way to get them to answer you, do you honestly believe that freepay check their tickets and see spammers and think, we must reply to them first before the people who have been waiting for months for a response because they need it urgently. I don't think so.

Spamming them is only going to cause freepay to take longer to answer tickets that need responding to, how would you feel if you wasted your time reading 20 of the same support tickets?

I don't see anything wrong with sending Frepay a support ticket if you havent received a reply in a long time, but i get the impression your spamming them day-in day-out until they answer you, which is only making it harder for Freepay to answer everyone elses support tickets.

I couldn't agree more! That's not what i meant by endless support tickets, i was sending the odd ticket here and there if i didn't get a response, 20 support tickets in one go is taking the pssi tbh.

And if spamming them makes them respond. Then I would do it. But no ones responding to me =( other than the automated crap saying that they recieved the request.

congrats mate.
ive had two acounts verified and orders placed today!

when asking for the amazon vouchers, i actually congratulated them on their service over the last few days, as it has been top standard!

replying to support tickets in less than half an hour!!!

so i suggest if anyone wants stuff from freepay soon, do it today!!

EDIT!!!!: it just took them 3 mins to reply to my last support ticket
