efax offer

just wondering did anyone else do the efax offer when it was on freeipods.com ?

if so were you able to cancel it ok ? my mum did the offer and cancelled but now she's getting emails saying she's got fax's waiting for her. The site doesn't have online customer serives anymore and i certainly aint phoning their dodgy number for her.. i've tried emailing them for her as well but still nothing.. any ideas ?

i did this offer on ipods.freepay. when i was green i used the live chat thingy to cancel. For a while i used to get those fax/email things but they seemed to have gone now

Yeah, same for me - managed to cancel via live chat telling them my credit card was out and it was the kid from next door had set it up as a joke type of thing.

Can't remember if I got any emails, may well have just marked it as spam to cancel any more coming through.

it'll only be junk mail, probably from efax saying something like "hey have you heard about our latest and great service etc." stick it in the junk folder and forget about it.

Cheers ppl.. here's hoping its just junk as i'd hate to think they've been charging my mums card lol
