![]() | Idea to wake freepay up and give our items!Just had a thought, when i heard people had sent numerous support tickets and then received there item, i tried it (sent 30) and nothing happened. Maybe if we could organise everyone to send support tickets at the same time, then they would have loads of emails and hopefully make them give us our long awaited items. What do you guys think - considering i have been sent to vendor for 2 months now and i know others are in the same boat, i think its worth it. If we could organise a time for everyone to do it that would be awesome. |

Don't you think by keep opening support tickets you're giving them more work to do, which takes more of their time clearing up crap and un-necessary support tickets which they could be spending doing other stuff... Everyone know's Freepay aren't the fastest network but they always cough up in the end, just sit back and chill.. you know you'll getting a freebie at some point, just get on with your next one and make more of you're time instead of being stupid and wasting people's time.. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Idea to wake freepay up and give our items!yeah but send one real good one explaining your situation and what action you want them to take or what action you're going to take (search around exceem for ideas), don't keep opening little petty tickets which just wind people up and waste time.. and if they work how they used to, if you're sent to vendor then there should be a tracking number.. unless you're gone with amazon vouchers.. if so, track it, if not, then open one support ticket or even email them with screen shots etc... |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Idea to wake freepay up and give our items!Mate there's a better way of doing it, if you've failed to receive a reply, then are you using the same email address when writing the ticket? Change the email address to which they respond to and write a 'Good' support query. By good i mean don't write something along the lines of 'plllllllllllllllllllllllllzzzzzz help meeee!!!!' or in all caps 'ANSWER MY TICKET!', you get my point. None of my tickets had ever been replied to in the past with my current FP account until i changed the email address to which they were wrote to and decided to write a ticket that was a little more informative. I basically mentioned what my problem was, how I was unhappy about the customer service provided with FP to date and how I, as their customer, would like to receive an update on my query. (All of this with a pleasant tone) 10 hours later I didn't even need to receive a verification email, they simply verified my account for me. Sending multiple tickets crying about the same situation will get you nowhere, create one meaningful ticket, and if this is never responded to, try sending your support ticket with a different email address for them to reply to with another meaningful ticket.
