Refral signed up but no email received


One of my refral has signd up thru my link, i can see him on my list on freepay but i have not received email from freepay, is it normal or is there any problem?
coz for all other signups I have received confirming the same.
Help!

What I want to say is that I always get mail whenever new person signsup. So i am little skeptical

I have to, but normaly I have seen someone signed up and then like 3-4 hours later I recieve the email from freepay letting me know that someone have signed up through my referral.. and each time it happens I thought.. yeah!! a new ref for me!! and then when I check I see its the same person that signed up hours ago..

Weird, I never get any emails, maybe 'cus I got too many, my inbox would be full!

I get emails, but it doesn't seem they send them for every individual that signs up. I think if a few sign up within a few hours of each other they just send one email. If he's showing on your account then that's all that matters, so don't worry.

i am facing another trouble is that one of my friends on saturday had signed up for screenselect offer yesterday using my link and he has been chrged 15pounds, but their offer says that 21 day trial is free and secondly he had selected the one dvd at a time offer in which the charge is 9.95 so is this billing error on threir side can i claim this amountt back .

i'm sure if he emails screenselect they will sort it out, they're very good with that sortof thing - gave us all a week free when one of their warehouses caught fire and we didn't get disks for 3 days

Your friend will need to take this up with screenselect. There is a phone number on their website. He or she will need to do it themselves, you can't do anything on their behalf.

if it was only charged on saturday (if im working out the days right) how does hei know its screenselct whos taken teh £15 form his account? most if not all swich/credit card statements take 2/3 workign days to appear as screenselect on the statement

I've never received an email from Freepay when a referral signs up. Neither iPods or iPodNanos

That's true! everything on mine takes a few days to show up, money goes out but then day after usually shows who went to, but at weekend wouldn't thought it would be doing that, would of thought be monday before it showed!

there are also 2 stages which take place with a card transaction - authorisation and payment. if you want me to give a detailed process of what goes on please ask

dont know, but he checked his bank account statement on sunday morning and he saw the charge. he called up HSBC too any they confrmed that screenselect had done the charge.

On a Sunday??? banks only update statements on Monday to Friday

any change on a weekend will be deducted from your available balance but wont show till a weekday (unless HSBC do things different to all the other banks)

I'd really push it with HSBC, as they should be quite helpful voer stuff like this.

i will again check woth HSBC, and i just called up Screenselect and ther r saying that it can b possible coz sometimes they charge amt for authorising the credit card and thats completely normal and they will give back the amount within 5 working days back to my account. but the operator said that his computer is working slow coz of which he cat check my account. i will have to call them back later today to check the exact reason for the charge and i will keep u guys posted.
