Really need help with account confirmation! :-(

Hey everyone. My problem is that when on freepay i cannot activate my account (with the verification email). I either do not get the email, or i get the email and it is completely blank, so there is nothing to click to confirm. I use hotmail, but I have tried gmail (also shows blank email).Also i have tried yahoo and several temporary email adresses (do not recieve the email whatsoever). I relaly need to confirm my account as without doing this I cannot recieve my gift and i have got alot of greens and do not want to waste them . I have posted this question elswhere in the forums but cannot get any solutions so I have decided to give it one last try. Can anyone help? Thanks alot.

(P.S)-I have heard that you can send a support ticket to automatically confirm your account but I have tried this and no luck. Does anyone know what to write exactly in this support ticket? THanks again.

m8, don't bother sending a support ticket to freepay. They won't even look at it.

So you're saying that you changed the email address on the freepay site and clicked "send me my verification email" for several email addresses and you didn't get anything? You sure? If i were you, i'd try yahoo again as they seem to work perfectly with freepay emails. Remember to check the junk.

yeah...yahoo ddnt recieve the email for some reason ...and gmail and hotmail i get the email, but there is nothing in it just the subject...no body and no link I am really worried im nto gonna b able to get my gift i dnt think i can get it without verifying can i?? cheers m8

usually with hotmail if an email comes in blank, you have to click on the "show content" option.

yeah i know...but this isnt like that, freepay are in my SAFE SENDERS LIST...and the email is accepted, just has nothing written in it any ideas?

yeah, it thinks it's spam so blocks the content untill you tell it not to do so.

that is odd m8. I'm afraid there's nothing we can do. To me it looks like freepay don't want you to verify therefor going past the expiry date. The Bastards!

Hmm. Try submitting support tickets to freepay threatening to contact the BBB.

ive got the same prob with gifts.freepay click on the verification bit on my account but i dont even get the bloody email lol.
also when i went to do a offer there wasnt any ring tones there have they been taken off or am i twisting up and not click any were.

1.First try and use different email providers (gmail, yahoo etc). Then if they still don't work send freepay lots of tickets asking to verify your account. Give them your account number and the site you are having trouble on. Then hopefully they will verify it for you like they did me.

2.Freepay doesn't guarentee to have ringtone offers, the offers are different on all their websites and they also depend on where you live. New offers get put up every so often and offers get taken off every so often.

yes friend just try ur ntlworld email then, change it in freepay then try sending the confirmation email. Leave it about a day and if its not there...support tickets good luck, giv me a reply soon if you manage to sort it
