 | But what does it meeeean?Was changed to STV about 5 hours ago, but I was just wondering, what does STV actually mean? does it mean they have sent a voucher request to amazon, and it is now all down to amazon, and out of Freepay's control? or do freepay still have to do something else in the process before you receive your vouchers? Also can anyone tell me what the approximate time is between STV and receiving vouchers? Thanks in advance =) |

| Re: But what does it meeeean?Well, it is meant to mean that they have handed it over to Amazon, but you can never be sure with Freepay. Most of the time they have in fact ordered the voucher from Amazon, and shortly (within hours) the status changes to Shipped and your vouchers arrive. However, I was on STV for just over two weeks before mine were shipped, which was unheard of. Whatever the case, your vouchers will be with you soon  |
