Cancelling and Re-ordering?

Has anyone had any success by cancelling their order and then re-ordering? Because if this thing goes by order number, I've been skipped as i am #508968.

I was slightly concerned about 2 months ago. Now im completely frustrated.

i would of thought you would just give them more time if you reorder as the estimate ship date will end up being further away and you might go to the bottom of the list

Re: Cancelling and Re-ordering?

I placed orders on two sites at about the same time. After 1 month of waiting I cancelled one of them to see what would happen - I got the other order a few days after but the one that I cancelled took another 6-8 weeks to arrive.

In short -don't cancel, just be patient (althuogh it's a pain).
