 | Sent to vendor for over two weeks!Well this hasn't happened to me before on either of the two Freepay sites that I have completed. I am on Laptops.Freepay and am waiting for £700 Amazon vouchers, with my ESD being the 14th of June. With the past two sites, when my status changed to STV a day or so later it changed to Shipped and then I had the vouchers in my inbox. Is anybody else experiencing the same? I don't want to moan or anything as I am quite aware Freepay take their time, but have never heard of anybody showing STV for this long. I am considering ringing Gratis Internet as they never seem to reply to any support tickets unless they are requests for vouchers these days. |

| Re: Sent to vendor for over two weeks!people need to stop making new threads about how crap freecack is, i don't think anyone has had a reply to a ticket in well over a month, iv'e send loads before by stuff was sent, and it's clear they didn't read any of em!! Freepay = Patience!! if you can't wait, then you really should not do FreeCack!! they send stuff out in there own time..no ticket or complaining to BBB will make no difference...in around a month or so there gonna have there monthly burst of sending vouchers...so till then CHILL & WAIT !! |
