Why have freepay emails become blank?

Does anyone know why my last 30 or so freepay emails have been blank? The ones that say "one of your referrals has signed up" are blamk and also I cannot confirm my account as the confirmation email is blank! Freepay are on my safe senders list and I use hotmail. I tried changing to gmail but the same problem was evident. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
