Freepay Ignoring Support Tickets

It's very annoying. But I feel cheated seeing that my deadline is tomorrow and I've requested a extension about 3 weeks ago. During that time, I've sent 3 more support tickets and no reply! I'm being completely ignored. What do you think I should do?

Finding their phone number seems like the only option. The one on the BBB site doesn't accept incoming calls =/

lee, what is your status? Are you 'Order Recieved', 'Sent To vendor' or 'Shipped'?

Re: Freepay Ignoring Support Tickets

The problem with mine is that I used to get a green or 2 a week, but as soon as those surveys started, I didn't get a single green in about 6 weeks. I mentioned that it was totally unethical to not let the users know there was a survey and thus I was losing referrals because of this.

As soon as I mentioned this, they stopped replying. Now, just yesterday, my deadline came and it angered me when it said, 'You can still get a product! You may begin a new account today..." and no comment had been made. I made it very clear to freepay that I will have to get the BBB involved. A lot of people have threatened them with this, but I'm ready to really get stuck in and go all the way - especially when I had 8 out of 12 greens.

Re: Freepay Ignoring Support Tickets

Duhprest, sorry man, but getting involved with the BBB does nothing. I've already involved them, and the outcome has been nothing. Just messages like "We were not able to contact freepay" and its pretty much pointless.

Re: Freepay Ignoring Support Tickets

I sent a support ticket a couple of weeks ago asking for an extension on Flatscreens but still don't have a reply :@

A few months ago I had been waiting for about 10 weeks for my laptop to get shipped on laptops, and right when I was halfway through filing a complaint with the BBB, my laptop got shipped! :O
It was pretty funny lol

Re: Freepay Ignoring Support Tickets

I've sent 2 tickets, one lat week and one yesterday and have had no response. Now i'm going to start bugging them with polite tickets everyday, if they still choose to ignore them they'll become less polite and i'll explode at them.

Re: Freepay Ignoring Support Tickets

my advice? trading standards.

sounds to me like a lot of people are getting boned, here, and there's no outside influences or such - Freepay are just doing it on purpose. comparable to a website who accepts your money but doesn't ship your game (incidentally, I've just had to deal with one of those). therefore, give them the ultimatum - they can get their act in order, bow out of the freebie scene if they're not willing to do that, or you'll take measures to have your rights as a customer enforced whether they like it or not.

because, you are a customer, you do have rights, and Freepay don't seem to be honoring them.

I'm now becoming very glad I went with FreebieJeebies, Freepay were my initial choice. granted I've had no luck anyway, but being unlucky is better than being unlucky and shafted.

Re: Freepay Ignoring Support Tickets

Very nicely put Gulandril. But BBB have not responded to my problem. People are saying that BBB gave them the freepay number after they contacted the BBB. So I'm not getting anywhere with them so far ... I really wanna take action but I don't know who to turn to.

My PS3's deadline has gone and this is really ticking me off!
