Good FreePay customer service?! Surely not?!

I just thought I'd check which sites I'm already signed up to on FreePay (having already received an iPod from ipods.freepay, a £150 gift voucher from gifts.freepay, and yesterday a £185 voucher as a substitute for an iPod Touch from iStuff.freepay).

Well, as it happens, I'm signed up to every one of their sites.

But I found it quite interesting that back in their day, they seemed quite good at customer service.

Here are two examples (summarised) of issues I raised on my very first FreePay site (ipods.freepay), the date, and their response (and time)...

11th April 05:
Me: I haven't received the verification email... can you verify my account please
FreePay: (automated presumably, being the exact same time) Your account has now been verified

18th Dec 05 (obviously this is before the time limit was introduced):
Me: My brother joined on my referral but since only one account per household, could you please void it?
FreePay: (the next day) Thank you for bringing this to our attention. His account has now been voided.

Infact, I found it quite interesting how I joined iPods.FreePay on 11th April 05, and placed my order on 26th January 06, and it was shipped four days later!
