Sent to Vendor but no vouchers!!!

Just checked on my 2 freepay vouchers, and both are saying sent to vendor.

But i have nothing in my emails!!

Dates are:


Sent to Vendor, Estimated Ship Date: 7/2/2008

Sent to Vendor, Estimated Ship Date: 7/5/2008

I was expecting these and have been checking my email regerously AND my junk mail folder too.

Does send to vendor mean its ordered, and i should expect them or will it say delivered when they are actually emailed out?

they'll probably arrive today; takes a while for amazon to send them sometimes

Sent to vendor means that there being ordered. Dw they will be with you shortly

Cheers, i wasnt expecting them for months, so when i saw 'sent to vendor' i paniced and thought i'd missed em.

When i recive em i got a great story, but not gonna tell it till iget the vouchers.

My voucher have also just been "sent to vendor". Must be clearing their 'backlog', I suppose.

EDIT: wow, I didn't realise you had an expected delivery date in the current month. I've been waiting for mine since May.

Yeah, theres alot fo threads in the recived section from Freepay. there having a spurt!

yup like they always do!! then silent for another 3-4 months, then they send out, people are happy!

Still not acceptable, people should be receiving them within a week after verification, just like FJ, Kudos etc. 3-4 months of nothing is absolutely ridiculous, what the hell are they doing in that time? I am currently waiting for ipod touch vouchers from them.

i don't think they they change the esd because mine didn't change but arrived 4-5 days later

You have to wait for them to change to "Shipped (Amazon.co.uk Email)" on your accounts if you're waiting for vouchers.

for my ipods account it was at sent to vendor for about 24/36 hours before changing to shipped, when the vouchers actually arrived.

I have 'Sent to vendor' on my Laptops account as well. Hopefully I should be able to buy the next revision of the Macbook which could come out any Tuesday up until late September! (If you follow the world of Apple then they always release their Mac updates on a Tuesday).
