My Phone Call...

Right, After getting fed up of waiting for 3 gifts from Freepay. One dating back to December 07, I decided to ring Gratis Internet.

Was a harder process then I first thought as you had to enter a name of one of there staff. In the end I got this of the Gratis Team page.

I spoke to a guy who took my order numbers and 'said' he would pass them onto a member of the Freepay order team. He also said he would get me a email explaining the situation by the end of the day... Ill just have to wait and see on that one lol!

Try Erik Kemp , he's their ops manager and complaints manager, prob won't be able to get through to him - he's probably very busy

Got a reply about 1hour after the call

Mr: Howard:

We would like to take this opportunity to apologize for this lengthy delay with your orders. We understand that you have waited a significant amount of time for the arrival of your 3 orders and that this delay is unacceptable. There is currently a significant backlog with our orders and are working through this process. We have located your orders:

Giftcards - (150-pounds Amazon)
Flatscreens - (400-pounds Amazon)
Gifts - (180-pounds Amazon)

These orders have been passed on to the fulfillment team who will process them as soon as possible. We cannot project a specific time when these can be sent, but expect them to process within a week.

Doesn't say how they're working through this process or atleast any evidence of any 'work'. They may have replied to support tickets, but in the last few months, they haven't really sent anything out.

Maybe if everyone does it, They may improve there support because there fed up of people ringing Gratis and having to pass on messages? lol

Gratis Internet unless he phoned them.
I contacted them today giving them an idea of how they should deal with orders: send out amazon vouchers immediately, takes a matter of minutes, all orders would from that day could be processed in less than two hours and everybody's happy!

That was probably me that posted that or was it another one? It would probably cost me something like 50 pounds to make that phone call on the phone plan I'm using.
