My speculation of how freepay is run...

I'll tell you why they are slow: They sit in their office every day eating biscuits and drinking tea. Every half an hour the fullfillment team send out one more amazon voucher and the support team looks at his computer screen to see if there are any old requests that need answering. He copies and pasted the message from notebook that has been emailed around the office into a mass reply for about 30000 requests that are in the "Where the **** is my order" folder and then goes back to playing miniclip games.

There are only a maximum of two people ever in the freepay office and they work only 2 days a week. You notice on about page 8 of the 'I got my free item' thread almost the whole page was stuffed with freepay gifts. This is most likely because the press where doing an article on freepay and they were processing all their orders super quick to look super good in the paper.

I read on the internet that their average yearly profit is about 10m pounds and thats after staff are paid. I also read there are a maximum of about 9 staff altogether who run freepay. What the hell do they do with that money? Go on holiday for half a year then come back and send a few things out every now and then when they feel like it?
I bet all my support replies are sent from a beach in the carribean.

At least that is my speculation of how freepay is run. what is yours.?

There's enough threads with peps moaning about freepays service, so why people sign up and then moan cos they are sick of waiting is beyond me.
