yep, i had mine extended 2 months

just send them the exact same email that you sent the first time round, and you should get another extension

what happens if i dont get it extended, because they dont reply to my support tickets??

does that mean that 4 months and £75ish has gone to waste??

why do freepay have a deadline?

surely it would put people off signing up.

Re: extending deadlines more than once?

freepays ref rates are extremely low, so they try their hardest to prevent customers from getting all the refs (so they keep the cash).

it's just a balance. some people make it in time, but i'm sure the majority just get 1 or two and give up.

i'm in a similar situation as myrazorblad. I've already had an extension by a month but my account runs out on the 5/8/08 and i've got 9/10 greens, so i've just sent a message asking for another month just to be sure.

will update you on any reply.

My gifts date is today (15th). Is it too late to request an extension. And if not what do you say.

say theres been some sort of misfortune in your life, eg, a grievance, and say due to that taking priority, you have not been able to access freepay due to having other issues.

and just be really polite about it

I got an extension also. I'll say this about Freepain, they always seem quick to allow these when they could easily say "no" and keep the greens.

ye, it is pretty odd that they're so generous with time. (apart from having a time limit in the first place)

also a bit dodgey that those messages always seem to answered faster than emails conerning an order or vouchers or something. they must just ignore them.
