Symptom: No Gifts. Cause: ???

Normally, when there's a problem, you identify the symptom and look at the cause.

Freepay's problem is that they're not giving out the 'gifts'. So what is the cause?

this has been discussed many many times before!!

They are lazy, greedy, working part time, have a lot less than 20 employees that are supposed to deal with thousands and thousands of customers yet only about 2 or 3 of these employees are the fulfillment team that send out the gifts.

If it has been discussed so many times before, why is it not clear what the 'cause' is?

Stutoman: They were already dealing with thousands and thousands of customers and were doing a satisfactory job. Why is it that in the last couple of months that this problem is occurring?

its not the last couple of months.. its been on and off for over a year now..

the delay is they send gifts out in bulk.. so they wait until they have so many orders before processing them.. the reason is i'm sure its cheaper to buy in bulk..

thats why it would appear that if you ask for amazon vouchers you get them quicker as its the same price to purchase one voucher as it is 10 of them (or so i think)

But I've never seen a problem with freepay that persists for this long where even verification is taking months.

i'd imagine thats because they still offer the ringtone offers which i'd have thought take a lot of checking into, making sure no one is scamming them, which lets face it, its prob the most scammed offer out there..

thing is what do you expect from a company that offer the lowest rates and easiest offer.. they aint going to rush through anything as they've got to be losing out no matter the figures show..

Well certainly time will tell what happens. But I think its unlikely that because of the ringtone offers that it is taking this long.
