Freepay email

I found the email address of one of the people who work at gratis internet (Or at least they did in 2006) I sent her an email explaining my situation.
Hopefully she will get my email and do something about my order finally.

This is basically how far the situation has gone, basically begging for my free ipod! Begging! Can you believe it? And they're meant to give it to you anyway.

It's now close to three months waiting. I was stupid to re-order. Hopefully she will understand, print off my email and burst right into the freepay office extremely annoyed Mabe even send me an extra 100 pound amazon voucher for my troubles

I know, thats most likely completely impossible.

Re: Freepay email

I just spent the last half hour writing a long and bitchy support ticket. Being polite and asking kindly certainly doesn't work so I hope this will get the message to them.

I'm sure it will go down well with the support guy/gal who is being paid $5 an hour and on their 10,000th nasty ticket of the day

Re: Freepay email

Wouldn't hold your breath.
I went through the same routine, involved the BBB(Better Business Bureau) who contact Gratis on my behalf. The reply that came back from Gratis was that they had already shipped my gift and I should raise a support ticket(in addition to the other 4 i'd already raised)
So I raised a ticket detailing the BBB involvement and named the person in Gratis who had said the gift had been shipped - the reply I got was the usual cut/paste response of your account is on hold

So I raised another ticket about 2 weeks ago that is so far ignored.

Re: Freepay email

Oh and the good thing I added to the long and bitchy support ticket was a link to a post on a freebie forum saying they were no longer supporting freepay as they weren't up to any standards that they set themselves when they opened. Mabe apart from the how much money to make one.
