Havent recieved my ringtone

Hi,

I signed up and completed the leona lewis ringtone offer, but the actual ringtone still hasnt come through. Ive got all the other txt mesages and it has taken over £8 of my credit.
Will i still go green even though i havent recived the ringtone as i obviously been charged for it?

Yes i think you will, but i'd just send in a support ticket to freepay to let them know. (although they wont see/reply to it until after you've been verified, you've submitted your order and you've received your item.)
