JUST CHECKED MY EMAILS AND GOT THIS FORM FREEPAY.

I got this email, and my ESD was the 4th of this month. I sent them a ticket on the 5th saying nothing had arrived and they replied with something about not having the item ordered in stock bla bla... It's a blooomin amazon voucher, they don't even stock them! Grrrrh!

I'm in the same position this is the feedback I got when I chased it.

In other words we shall ignore any other request for information and when we are good and ready to spend 30 seconds to process a amazon voucher request we will.

If it wasn't for the fact they will eventually send me my amazon voucher I might be tempted to call them a bunch of w@~kers!!!

I just can't see how they can class an amazon voucher that is actually emailed to you by amazon as inventory! I am also very tempted to call them complete W@~kers, but because i want the vouchers for my wii, ipod and macbook i'll just have to wait around for them to pull their finger out of their backsides, with my mouth shut! lol

ops, I hate where the damned thanks button is!

I got mine a couple of weeks ago I think they are back in office now as before whenever I phoned it just went straight to answerphone whatever employee I phoned.
