Freepay Support


Is this the right page to raise a support ticket on freepay?

FreePay

I sent one on that page on saturday requesting amazon vouchers instead of the ipod touch but wasn't sure if this was the correct page to do it from, as it looks so much different to support pages on all the other networks.

Yes that is the correct page to use to submit a support ticket. I have logged many from there.

If asking for vouchers, they prob wont respond, but you will more than likely just get the vouchers in your inbox one day, mine came just over a month after ESD

Hey guys guess what, just got a suppot reply from freepay! They are sending the vouchers but the ESD has stayed the same. Hopefully they will turn up soon.
