eXceem - Completed but wheres my ipod?

I have completed all the requirements for a 16GB ipod touch and have redeemed my ipod. It then gave me an estimated ship date which was exactly a month after I redeemed it. The estimated ship date was long ago and the status is still the estimated ship date.

Freepay have told me that they order them monthly in bulk but i've been waiting a lot longer than a month and have ben told nothing more. Is there anything wrong? How long did you have to wait for your ipod?

Freepay are just slow, you will eventually get your ipod. There are loads of threads with the similar topic and if you have a look, there's nothing you can do apart from waiting really.

The amount of time they take can be anyone's guess, from a few days to weeks, and in some cases, months.

i'd ask for vouchers, then buy your ipod from amazon.

probably be a lot quicker IMO.

Is there anyone else here who signed up in february and has/hasn't recieved theres? I have looked at some other forums and many people are angry that freepay have "suddenly" become so slow. I mean it's almost two months since I ordered mine. I have now sent a request for some amazon vouchers because theres no doubt that will be quicker!

I also can't help but notice how few a people post about freepay in the I got my freebie section

I agree with you. My referrals come ALOT slower these days and many are being put on hold for the same reason. I also noticed the same thing you did, where in 'I got my free item', there are hardly any freepay ones.

It would probably give freepay a kick up the bum if they were bombed with support cases until their servers failed. But don't you guys dare :P I want my support cases to be seen, even though thats unlikely as I sent them one in early april and more than a month later still no reply..
