 |  Completed but wheres my ipod?I have completed all the requirements for a 16GB ipod touch and have redeemed my ipod. It then gave me an estimated ship date which was exactly a month after I redeemed it. The estimated ship date was long ago and the status is still the estimated ship date. Freepay have told me that they order them monthly in bulk but i've been waiting a lot longer than a month and have ben told nothing more. Is there anything wrong? How long did you have to wait for your ipod? |

There are loads of threads with the similar topic and if you have a look, there's nothing you can do apart from waiting really. The amount of time they take can be anyone's guess, from a few days to weeks, and in some cases, months. |

I have looked at some other forums and many people are angry that freepay have "suddenly" become so slow. I mean it's almost two months since I ordered mine. I have now sent a request for some amazon vouchers because theres no doubt that will be quicker! But don't you guys dare :P I want my support cases to be seen, even though thats unlikely as I sent them one in early april and more than a month later still no reply.. |
