Seem's to be a common problem with Freepay at present (even if you've cleared your cookies). Could be that Freepay are trying to boost their funds in an underhand way.

Re: offers not getting credited on flatscreens.

my ratio has completely gone down the pan

i completed laptops with 80 yellows - 20 greens
im now on gifts - 85 yellows - 8 greens

Although could be a number of factors on freepay's end

I'm having the same problem! I was normally getting about 2 greens a week, and now I haven't got a single green for about a month!... and I'm getting alot of users being put on hold for 'signed up for another user'

didnt mean to thank u by the way.

anyway, basically same story for me (on how many refs i get go green)

i think the little survey bit and extended advertising are really offputting and people just think it's a scam instantly now. It's very frustrating.

we should get a survey or something nd tell freepay to take off the little questioning bit.

I havent really had any problems with freepay, got my 5 greens pretty easily. Although as someone has said, one of my refs got put on hold for signing up for another user, when they'd never been on a freepay site before in their life!

Thats a classic from freepay

On most occassions, you have to call their bluff and request why u are on hold

If you tell it to them straight that you know you shouldn't be, then they usually take u off hold

I think they do it to try and get out of giving people gifts - when they can just say that it was a mistake from their end when someone calls their bluff - and take them off hold

So what do you think we should do? A month extension? Even that won't help because of the slow rate I'm getting referrals these days :@
