That's the point.

When a company is created a certain 'pot' of money must already be there in order for it to be successful! Everything may be planned out well, but you will not be able to generate enough money to run a business from sim cards, when people can get them for free elsewhere. I would say start with at least a grand to get going, but even that probs wouldn't do the job if you're aiming to develop into a decent company.
