Emails

Hello,

Although i have got a while to wait untill my ESD i was just wondering does anyone else NOT get emails from Freepay?

When i send in a support ticket i sometimes get an email confirming it - sometimes not, and i was wondering as i have asked for vouchers is there a chance that i might not get the email ?

I know they dont come into my junk folder as i get some and dont get others!

when i used a hotmail account for freepay, i never used to recieve emails from them

however, i now use googlemail for them and always recieve relevant emails from them

I recieve emails from them when i get a referral or my offer has been credited but i didnt receive one when i got a reply to my ticket. I just bookmarked the page and checked it everytime i logged on

Those will be automated replies though and sometimes they get sent and sometimes don't. Bit like freepay, you really dont know what to expect.

I am worried that i will not get my vouchers

So i have changed it to a Yahoo mail i have just made! So fingeres crossed !

Also is the email from Amazon telling you the code? or from Freepay?

The email is from amazon, not from freepay.

Will probs change it back them as i get emails from Amazon every bloomin week
