Anyhow, I am doing a jerseys.freepay offer, and one of my friend's (Amy) offers went straight through. Now, my brother did an offer and... it's not gone straight through.

How long d'ya think it'll take for the offer to go through? So close to a free gift!!!

It's taking up to 24hrs for me once; but sometimes the offer doesn't track... so he might have to do it again. Make sure he uses a different sim and has enough credit (£7.50) if he needs to do the offer again.

there are various reasons why an offer doesnt track properly which arent freepay's fault.

If it never tracked, it'd be pretty scammy but sometimes there are problems that can't be helped that stop it from tracking. Thankfully, this can be solved some of the time.

not really; it's more likely just a Cookies problem if it's not tracking. You could send Freepay a ticket to get manual crediting; but with Freepay this will take a few weeks (if not months) if you are lucky enough to get a reply. So it's much easier just doing the offer again if it hasn't tracked.
In case you haven't gathered yet Freepay are terrible... best to go with other Networks like FreebieJeebies.

i did an offer on gaming.freepay last night and did everything i normally do. It took £8 credit from me and still hasn't greened this morning

i have done about 5 offers on freepay previous to this and never had any problems and they all greeneed within hours. I'm abit peed off about being £8 out of pocket and still no green.

Foolproof method if it didn't track:

Do it again, BUT DELETE YOUR COOKIES BEFORE DOING SO...

I personally have never heard of this fail - it is to do with how many times you have done the offer before, whether someone has logged into a different freepay account on your computer - sometimes the tracking seems to get mixed up between accounts

Just delete cookies before, and it WILL work - if it doesn't, then it is freepay's fault, or you have a dodgy sim

I would love to go with kudos or freebiejeebies; but no credit card so no offers.

Both of those sites will allow you to get a gift without doing an offer. All you need to do is get 2-3 extra greens (check each network first) and they will credit your account as if you had done an offer.

I'm not sure how many greens you need for a shuffle but add 2 or 3 to that number to get your first gift.

Now, the good bit.....once you have got your free gift, you can then try and get more gifts but this time the offer will already have been done for you so any item you fancy will be the correct number. In other words you wont need any extra after your first gift.
