The worst has happened!

Hello,

Just checked my Istuff.Freepay account and i have been placed on hold!

My legs are actually shaking as it was going to be my firt ever gift and i dont know why i have been put on hold!

Sent in a support ticket but as we all know Freepay dont change their mind too often

However it says:

'We have placed your account on hold after reviewing your account and referral offer completions, and finding them in breach of our Terms and Conditions.'

How is that my fault?

Just some kind words would be nice as i am gutted!

I had the same, sent a ticket and got a response in 2 days, thats all you can do mate. Hope it works out for you. What were you verifying for?
I have heard of a lot of people geting the decision turned around though

I don't understand why so many ppl get put on hold for no reason?? How the heck does Freepay get away with doing that??! I hope your account gets sorted.

I think people are liberal with the truth in how they did their and their referrals offers

It took a while, but got my gaming.freepay account taken off hold. Worth the extra 'few' support tickets.

Joe, you must have an idea as to why they put you on hold. I guess the moral of the story is don't break T&C's because it's only going to come back and haunt you.

I hope you manage to get the decision overturned if you haven't broken any rules....Good luck mate

I got put on hold, then contacted the BBB after about 3 months and got it taken of hold. You should try the same!

MAte, it was my first ever freepay site, i even have Leona Lewis still on my phone!

Will just have to ait to find out but am truly gutted!

Do you know any of the referrals?

Did you log into your account on one of their computer's to show them how it works?

Did one of your referrals use your phone to do his/her offer?

It is very strange that you are on hold and yet you have no clue as to why...

Just keep pestering them - they have to give you an answer at some point...

I know one of them, my sisters boyfriend - but he signed up using his comp at his house!

No. made sure i didnt do this as i knew Freepay ar tempremental!

No, like i said i only knew one - Most of the greens were through trades
